deconflate the meal and meat. Just name the three components. #126

They're in my inventory at this point.
The meat and the meal are the same object. The first time you look at it, it 
should give you that message. I might just get rid of the word meal and 
say you see a piece of meat, a can and a spoon. This started one way in the 
transcript and but it really doesn't make sense any more to talk about the 
mean and not reveal its elements immediately.
