the permeability of the bars is unclear #136

I had trouble figuring out the tobacco spitting-puzzle, because the amount
of space between my cell bars wasn't clear from their description -- I know
I can't reach the food bowl even after removing the gray tube, but the
message I get when I try and reach for it is kind of vague as to why: "You
can't get over to the office from here."  

I think that message and the description of the bars could have some
indication that the PC's hand can't fit through, but maybe something else
could...
