stool - issues with get on / off #181

--After trying to take the tube while on the stool, the game thinks
I'm still on the stool, and won't let me get back on it. I was able to
reproduce this just now -- after playing the harmonica enough
to get the tube (and incidentally getting on the stool without
the leg twice, though I don't think that affected it), try "put tube
in socket / get on stool / take berry/ take tube / get on stool." I
eventually got out of it by typing GET OFF STOOL.
