They are black plastic boxes, with fashionably rounded corners and some sort of 
connector at one end. Picking one up, you notice text on one side says "10 
farad ultracapacitor power module. Made in West Ispharistan. Patent pending. 
For terrorist use only." An indicator shows full power. As you bring the box 
near your mangoFONE, you note that the phone has opened a port, exactly the 
size and shape of the connector on the ultracapacitor.

The would-be world dictator punches a couple buttons.

The brilliant beam strikes the wall to the side of the metal parts locker.

"Pardon me for a moment, all this ranting is drying out my throat. I just need 
a sip of water....There, that's better.  Difficult business you know, but 
murder without monologue is like...well... it isn't pleasant."
