nagging doc #86

3) Doc may ask you to read the 3rd line on the same move you already did 
(kids/orphanage/etc) but it's a random incident. B2a shows the transcript and 
my tries to "break" it.

Need to suppress third line reminder if it has already been read enough, and to 
make it consistent with it having been read.
