Add 20s timer to prevent scraping freeze

20s is probably good enough.

I do foresee some issues with sources that are too slow to respond. The page will just keep refreshing unless it either starts playing or the error shows. Not a permanent solution.

Firstly, most of the time turnstile is the problem and for the sources taking forever, we will need to do this on the providers runners where every source errors out if not completed in a set time. Also this approach is so bad, like this basically breaks so much cause the scraping never completes in under 20 secs, only nsbx is fast, and like on the ext there are so many sources but vidsrcto alone will take more than 20 secs
