release 0.9.1 and publish to community-operators-prod for easy libbpf usage in OpenShift 4.11 #296

Now that we can decide to use libbpf kepler images thanks to #293 it would be awesome to create a new operator release and put it in the community-operators-prod so that users like my team can finally easily use kepler on OpenShift 4.11.

Do you think that is possible?
