@hlechuga , could you please verify if this is really the case?

I tested it on a 4.14 (nightly)

And I am able to find Kepler

Moreover, https://github.com/redhat-openshift-ecosystem/community-operators-prod/blob/main/operators/kepler-operator/0.10.0/metadata/annotations.yaml#L17 does include 4.14
