[kepler-model-server] failing cluster prepartion for model training #30

In order to train a power model, we need the node utilization and power consumption metrics. The benchmarks available in kepler-model-server can be run and metrics can be captured by using model-training of kepler-model-server.

However, configuring model_training is failing.
