Edit manpages #83

Changed the formatting to make the manpages look like other POSIX manpages on Linux (bold constant names, bold synopses, underlined variable names).
Fixed a few grammar errors.
Dropped word wrapping out of the few outliers that had it (I figured it was best left to manpage browsers).

Hm, not sure now. Do you want me to merge this or not?

I'll fix it up a little more and then make a new PR. (I just figured out how to do spell checking in vim, so I'll check all of it one more time with it on.)
