Add placeholder image item to Basic Web Elements collection #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- this is an enhancement request, so no problem ;-)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I propose to add to the Basic Web Elements collection the 'standard'
placeholder image that we use in Wireframing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pencil 1.0.7 BETA
