Feature request: Horizontal and vertical nav stencil similar to what Balsamiq offers #126

It would be great if there was a way to quickly drop the hortizontal/ 
veertical nav for web page similar to what Balsamiq offers.

In Balsamiq the user enters comma separated values. It would be nice if we 
could do something similar in Pencil. Or, go a step further and define a 
hierarchical list (XML) and use that to drive top nav/ sub menus or top 
nav + left nav (a configurable option for the user).
