new document can not resize #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Document -> New Window
2. resize the new window
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the new window cannot resize or maximise

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XPsp3 firefox, Pencil v1.0

Also encountered this. New window is useful when copying and pasting objects 
bewteen
documents
