copy paste plain text (underlined) then shorten label: double underlined #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a new plain text. make it underlined style
2. copy it than paste it
3. get the pasted item and shorten its label

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
you should have a simple ndernline, with the length corresponding to the
new text.

Yet you got a doubled undernline below the second label, and the former
underline extends up to where the first label was extending to.

you may save and reopen, the problem still exists.

If you take a longer label you have the same problem: the old underline
keeps being true to its former shape, while the new one is created, above
the old one, up to the new required length.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
