WIP: Fastsim now gets filelist per mass point #393

Creates a text file per mass point root file in split fastsim. These files are copied inside the directory to be located right next to the root files they point to. Currently skips unsplit fastsim.

Ok @ahenckel has clarified that this fastsim splitting feature may not be needed... and if it is needed occasionally, it should be defined as a option/flag that we specify when we want to use it.
