Weight to account for HEM veto cut in 2018
Uses 2018 luminosities
New validation bins for MET study from Hui
Update top tagger to speed up use: run Tensorflow for nominal, JES up/down; for lepton/photon cleaned reload top tagger candidates
Fix bug: only load resolved top JES up/down for MC

Run2 MET Data yields for Hui (using nutple variables): low dm: 160 high dm: 8330

@arosado1 was able to run 2018 on condor without bugs
