I think whiteboards like we have in 9WW-127 would be good to have in every classroom.
I think a central whiteboard like we have in the labs now is great so that everyone can see from wherever they are in the room.
Maybe a bit of both? A central whiteboard in the labs for like regular consultation times and/or regular teaching, and then a couple of smaller boards for smaller group learning?
Updated with current proposals: it seems the plan is to have smaller whiteboards all around.
I have also mentioned that whiteboard shouldn't be covered by projectors (it's like 80% covered in current classes), but if we have visualisers, then this is moot
Current proposal:
Do we need whiteboards all around us? Should we have one central white board and then a few smaller ones (e.g. 9WW-127) , or are they too small? Whiteboard wall is probably a bad idea because this only leads to students drawing on non-whiteboard wall by accident.
There is also a thread for whiteboards in learning space: https://github.com/sutantyo/LearningSpaceSurvey/issues/4
