You do, of course, have utorrent's http interface enabled, and the same
username/pass
entered in LCDMisc.ini, as mentioned in docs\general.html.

If you're certain:
1) username/pass/ip/ports all match up, and line url ends with "/gui/"
2) Copying the http url line exactly into your browser works (Gives you a nifty
torrent interface through your browser).
3) There's only one uTorrent line in the URLs section of your ini
4) LCD Miscellany is not being blocked from local http access via a firewall
Then there's nothing I can suggest.

a clean install of LCDmiscellany r60 was working on my G19, and then:
I updated utorrent 1.8.5 to 2.0 and updated webui from .315 to .370
now it says: not connected to uTorrent
I tried removing, and re-extracting files with fresh edits - no help
all browsers connect and work; firefox and chrome add-on for webui connect &
work
- I note that while IE works, it does not accept the username and password in
the
address, I must use only the base url:port and then enter name / pass when
prompted

I also had this problem, but managed to fix it by setting "webui.token_auth" to
false
in uTorrent advanced options.

Should be fixed in 0.4.5.1, too.
