ensure TM suggestions are up to date #118

I often see outdated TM suggestions in Bilara, i.e. phrases are suggested that exist nowhere in the texts, sometimes weeks after the last occurrence has been removed. It's of course phrases that did exist in the texts, but have been changed.

This is confusing because it invites to just copy the outdated terms into new suttas, so I am often double-checking the TM suggestions.

This has been raised before, but yes, we should only see fresh results in TM.
