Create rating stars.

Implement poem rating feature.

• [x] Create five stars at the top the poem review form.
• [x] Implement rating selection by click event using stars.
• [ ] The rating value corresponds to most right selected star.
• [ ] Reflect selected rating by highlighting stars the selected star and all stars to the left of it.

Notes:

• The rating will be reflected temporarily in an array or JSON file (until backend available)
• This task is dependent upon the 'create review' task.
• This task is added to the first scrum because it is closely associated with the review form task.

The rating for stars were added to the ‘review form’ and the ‘poem’ page, but the stars are currently static. The star rating development task is iss3 iss3-create-review-form.

This completion of this task is currently on-hold until our team uses a server or backend to implement the dynamic display of the number of solid/empty stars.
