Select a bootstrap template to use as the foundation for the website that the team will customize and for our needs.
Reason for Adding: To save overall development time. Take a complete template and customize it to fit Small-Dawn's criteria.
Priority: #2 Selecting the proper Bootstrap template is the foundation for this project. No other work can begin until the template is in place.
Where does this fit? This is part of the basic minimum necessities of the site. It is a critical feature.
