Reasoning for Adding Issue to the Sprint:
The user needs to be able to sort through the poems. Without the sorting and filtering functionality the user would need to know exactly what they are looking for. Or they would spend a long time searching and then probably get frustrated with the site and move on. Once this is done the user can use the site to easily find poetry and the site becomes useful. This is the first useful functionality being implemented in the site

This was assigned the fourth task to do. So it is a high priority.
How do you interpret this fitting into the process of building the project?
This is the fourth task so it is a high priority
Why should this be in the Sprint this time? Why not wait until the next Sprint?
While task number three (connecting to a peom API and loading the information into the poems page) was the first step in making the poem data available to the site users .This task is the task that actually makes the poems accessible. The user can now actually find the poems they are looking for. This is the first point in the build that the site is actually functional. I would say that once this task is done the team already has a minimum viable product.
