Web Form Design (basic layout)

User Story: Web Form Design, https://github.com/suwebdev/spring-ghost/wiki/User-Story:-Web-Form-Design Size of the User Story: Medium, although for this basic layout with little functionality it will be more like small Reasoning for adding this Issue to the Sprint: For this sprint, we are focusing on getting all the basic components of the site up and running. The plan is to create a backlog as we go, identifying follow-up issues, and then turn those into our next sprint, which will likely be focused on more of the functionality (error messages, etc.).

• What is the priority that has been assigned? The priority is medium to high. This form needs to be up and running for others to see it and take on the next steps of refining it.
• How do you interpret this fitting into the process of building the project? This is a good "first step" in the process. It's a manageable task that will directly address a user story and start us on the direction we want to go.
• Why should this be in the Sprint this time? Why not wait until the next Sprint? We need the form to be built so that it can be included in the navigation and at least have a skeleton visual of what it will look like and what will be needed to add to it.

This issue is being worked on in the branch create-web-form. I built a basic web form asking for email address, country, and suggestion for a poem or image to add. We will need to route where these forms are submitted, and what the workflow is upon submission. We should also think about additional information that we need from the person submitting. If they are finding a public domain image or poem elsewhere the web, we might want to ask for URL.
