thank you for your great work. I couldn't make mongoid 4 branch work so made some changes. It works now

1) You deleted this: s.add_dependency 'mongoid', '~> 3.0' Please change to s.add_dependency 'mongoid', '>= 3.0

2) Travis not passing, please fix.

Can you guys release the mongoid 4 version to a gem ? Please.

I've made the changes to the mongoid-4 branch as suggested by @jeremy6d and yourself (@canercak)
