Updated Mongoid dependency to >= 5.0.0 otherwise the gem appears to look for ver 5.0.0 only.

I've fixed travis-ci on master, it's failing because of a bundler issue (ruby 2.1.2 ships with 1.6.2 and travis does not update it). I'll merge it because you deserve the credit for finding and fixing this issue.
