Mongoid 8 #41

Adds support for Mongoid version 8. I ran the specs using Mongoid 8.1.1 and everything seems to work as expected.

Hi @suweller. Now that @kaspermeyer's PR has been merged, could you then be persuaded to update the gem?

Thanks for the gently reminder, @mikekosulin & @traels. This repo does not get the love it deserves, seeing as the code is quite stable, and it is mainly config checks needing to happen. I've released the gem, and I'll get the transfer to happen to improve the odds of swift updates.
