[backstage] grafana iframe cannot be loaded on k3d until browser accepts insecure certificate #50

... until then the iframe keeps grey, only when we access the grafana url directly and accept the certificate warning, the iframe is also displayed in backstage.

solution: fix certificate problem (mkcert and load mkcert root cert in OS) as described in https://github.com/suxess-it/sx-cnp-oss?tab=readme-ov-file#prereqs

When you import mkcert root cert everything is fine now, because ingress certs are based on mkcert root
