add CHANGELOG.md for information about breaking changes integrate renovate jobs possible?

A popular way is to create changelogs from conventional commits via https://github.com/marketplace/actions/changelog-from-conventional-commits or https://github.com/googleapis/release-please

so the base would be to write commit messages which follow conventional commit style.
