bad sensor reading #168

according to the logged data, one leg angle sensor (rA) reads the same value 
for 210ms (image below). This coincides with a gap in logged data just before.
The trial continued and after this time the sensor resumes to read right values.

The encoder had a poor view of the encoder strip. This has been solved.
