Move the codes to autoload/vimcaps.vim #2

I think that most parts of the code can be moved to autoload/vimcaps.vim. At least, vimcaps# prefixed functions should be moved. I'll leave the work to you. Or shall I create a PR?

Thanks for your suggestion, I've moved most of the code into autoload/vimcaps.vim. How about now?

Looks nice. But g:vimcaps_loaded check should be at the head of the plugin/vimcaps.vim.
