Add more example DICOM files to tests #5

Find more DICOM files for the test suite. 
  * newer DICOM files
  * if possible more variations such as BigEndian, multi-frame images,
compressed images

Have some sample files (one BigEndian, one with deflate compression) but have 
not
committed them to svn yet. Want to package separate "full" tests and much 
smaller
images for unittests in source code 'test' folder.

Set difficulty to 'easy', but anonymizing complex files could be harder.
