Tiff register #29

Tiff register save z stack as channel.

imagej=True is correctly set in the saving function.

It was a problem of version of tifffile library. By default conda install 202003 version. But this version doesn't take into account 'axis' parameter in metadata. We need to install the latest version ('2021.7.2'). The only way that I found to do that is to download the latest version here and to install it manually.
