Non autonomus otsufilter function #6

otsufilter function need to work on its own. We have to give in parameters the original image and not a convolve image (specially if it is not specify in the doc).

Where did we use it ? For what purpose ?

It allows to extract the background from the tissue signal. It may be useful to normalize the image. You already changed it, right ?
