Allow Meta modifier on AltGr combinations #118

While distinguishing AltGr from Alt+Ctrl is difficult, recognising an
additional Alt on AltGr combinations is actually rather easy, by simply
checking whether both Alt keys are down.

Implemented in r376 on 0.4 branch.
