Alt+Fn shortcuts should be optional #136

0.5 made Alt+Fn window shortcuts non-optional, but at least one app (mined)
likes to make use of them for its own purposes.

Removed the Alt+Fn shortcut option again in r617 and instead added 'shortcut 
override
mode' control sequences: \e[?7783h to disable all mintty shortcuts, and 
\e[?7783l to
enable them again.
