Options dialog flashes when transparency is enabled #73

With tranparency enabled, when you switch between option pages (e.g.
between Looks and Text), the option dialogue disappears and reappears.
With transparency off, this does not occur.

Tnis doesn't happen with compositing ("Aero") enabled on Vista and up. It's 
some sort of bad interaction with the layered window mode used for a 
transparent terminal window.
