Automatic resizing isn't supported #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use WinSplit Revolution (http://www.winsplit-revolution.com/)
2. Try to reposition/resize the windows with shortcut keys. 
3. mintty keeps it original size.

It works fine with rxvt.

Thanks for pointing this out. Actually this also shows with Windows' builtin 
window
arrangement functions (cascade, stacked, side-by-side). Inherited from PuTTY.

Problems with fix were addressed in r227 and r228.
Took fix to 0.3 branch in r253.
