Main window should be Unicode window #97

Issue 94 exposed a general problem with MinTTY: while the emulated terminal
supports Unicode very well (in UTF-8 form), MinTTY itself is not a Windows
Unicode app. Instead it uses the system's current ANSI codepage for its
user interface. This means that the window title can't include characters
from outside that codepage. Localisation of MinTTY's dialogs and menus
would also be complicated by this.

Turned the main window into a Unicode window in r389 and 391 on 0.4 branch, to 
allow
the title to include any character. Decided to convert other stuff only as 
necessary,
e.g. when tackling issue 1 (Internationalisation).
