Use Case

When a change is made to the dictionary, the dictionary needs to be manually updated, renumbered, and then verified.

Proposed Solution

Create a script that performs the following:

• Add, deletes, or updates a term
• Renumbers the terms (Add or Delete)
• Validates the changes

Questions

• What are the rules for renumbering?
• What are the rules for validation?

Usages

• Validate changes manually or as part of Continuous Integration with GitHub Actions
• Validation as part of git commit hook (validate dict.txt before permitting commit to repo).

Additional notion: part of the script could involve pulling latest into a new branch as part of the process, later automating the PR creation.
