FreeBSD compatibility #3

Hi, is this filter working on FreeBSD /CUPS ?

On FreeBsd not tested. Worked on the MAC. Have problem with original filter from Kyosera - hang when print files with non ASCI names.

Just tested on FreeBSD, and it works ;) But you may have to hack the CMake rules a little to get it to compile and install the filter manually. I'm using this with a FS-1041 right now.
