Change `TITLE` keyword value to the same value as `OBJECT` #14

TITLE should refer to the name of the object observed

title is defined only for spectroscopy, should be defined also for photometry ? TITLE keyword = OBJECT keyword correct ?

I think we only need it in the spectral frames, data products doc says:

The title of the dataset is a short, human-readable description of a dataset, and should be less than one line of text. The value of the OBJECT keyword should be propagated here.

This seems to have been corrected for EFOSC frames but not SOFI frames yet.

TITLE keyword = OBJECT keyword is there both for EFOSC and SOFI 2D spectra in version 2.2.6, please check
