PESSTOEFOSCPHOT bias selection #24

PESSTOEFOSCPHOT version 2.2.2 doesn't give the option 'G' (all good) like the PESSTOEFOSC1dSPEC. It only asks for the masterbias, allowing the user to check if it is happy or not with that.

if you are giving a list of files (listall) PESSTOEFOSCPHOT consider all the file good and skip the first step of selecting the good one

it still does a rejection later on, but you don't see the option (G/g/b) try
PESSTOEFOSCPHOT -C and then close the issue
