Goals for week 1 - 5th December #36

Guys

This is not a bug ! But we want to close this issue by end of the week and this is to communicate to Stefano what are goals are. We are first concentrating on getting all the spectra done - SOFI + EFOSC2. So by end of week (5th Dec). We'd like to

1) Have the nbias/nflat issues sorted out so we can proceed with full reductions (#32 and #35) 2) Dave to have checked the data are Ph3 compatible (with his adjustments) and match the ones we submitted.

Once these are done, we can close up the spectra issues and proceed to doing all the reductions next week. It looks to me like the imaging will have to wait until after the holiday period.

Dave - let's get the catalogue also done this week to tick that off.

Hi think issue #35 has been fixed already. I think there was some confusion in testing it with different version of the pipeline. Issue #32 has been just fixed. Now SOFI reduction without flat and arc is possible (skipping flat field step and using arc from archive), though I'm not sure if it is useful to skip flat correction. I released a new version using dave script 2.2.6. Please test it.

I confirm that issue #32 has been fixed (tested with the 2.2.6 version)

Ok, the only serious bug we have left is the number #28 on SOFI images, the rest is manual updates and questions. For #28 I need to understand why the cross-talk is getting crazy in few cases

QUB people - meet tomorrow 09.15 (upstairs). Are we in the position to decide to freeze code and reduce the spectra (and only spectra at this point) to produce final Ph3 spectra products.
