GR11 arc from September and October 2014 not good #38

looking some data from September and October, I noticed that Gr11 arc are not good. It seems that He lamp did not work. Please Can someone update the manual asking the observer to always check that arc are acquired correctly ? It may be useful to inform the observer of next run to check the arcs.

We are aware of the problem. It also happened from February to end of April. It seems that ESO fix that, it doesn't look a problem of OBs or observers. However in the last two months it looks that there is some difference in the counts of Helium lamp. We will run some test with the December observers.
