Video User Tutorials - Trelis/Cubit Model Prep & Running

A set of video tutorials could serve as a good starting point to on-board new users rather than holding in-person tutorial sessions. These would ideally be modular videos (short videos that are stand alone or in a series) so that 1) users could work through a tutorial in digestible chunks and 2) they are easier for us to maintain if some part of the workflow/interface changes.

• [ ] Model setup (This should include the critical bare minimum steps necessary for a faceted geometry: importing, healing & checking the geometry, material assignments, imprinting, merging, exporting, adding graveyard, etc). This is a tutorial that could be easily broken into a series of videos.
• [ ] Trelis/Cubit tips and tricks: where to find helpful features to make the workflow easier and a demo of what these features do for a model.
• [ ] Demonstration of running a DAGMC model with different physics codes:
  • [ ] MCNP
  • [ ] OpenMC
  • [ ] Geant4
  • [ ] Fluka

Ideally, we could provide a sample geometry for users to follow along with (including a starting file, intermediate files that are generated, and final files).

A written model preparation tutorial is being prepared by @NybergWISC, so creating some of these tutorials would be a good extension of that work.
