remove hard coded path to PyMOAB #30

Currently, the path to PyMOAB is hardcoded into each file. Users should include the path to PyMOAB in their PYTHONPATH in their environment so it can be automatically found. Information on what to include in PATHs should go in README (#29).

FYI - This is a detail of the cloud-based jupyterhub environment that I set up for @ep09772
