Provide open-source DAGMC faceting for full model #141

ParaStell's open-source, license-free DAGMC faceting capabilities only include the in-vessel components. This should be extended to the magnets as well. There have also been suggestions to perform DAGMC faceting with Stellarmesh rather than CAD-to-DAGMC.
