Make the following changes:

[x] add a "-e" flag to allow user specification of minimum error value to overwrite existing WW file.
[x] allow null value to be applied at any iteration, not just the first.
[x] improve doc strings.
[x] add documentation.

Magic will be reconfigured. The write_wwinp function will become a standalone script, as this functionality is fairly general.

Magic was completely refactored. Docs and tests added.
