CubIt no longer on RSICC? #55

The documentation currently notes CubIt as being available through RSICC. However, it's not in fact listed there.

Going by https://cubit.sandia.gov/public/licensing.html, I'm getting the impression different hoops have to be jumped through now.

Which documentation says that it's available from RSICC? It never has been as far as I know.

OK - that was never right :) See svalinn.github.io/DAGMC for the way we've done this before.
