Gruntfile.js: added "dev" Grunt task
package.json:
- added "jquery" dependency
- added "npm test" will run mocha

Added:

Demo: demo/core/zoom.html
Demo: demo/plugins/axis/categoryAxis.html
Tests to test/core/test.js

Fixed:

jqplot.categoryAxisRenderer.js: "ticks divider" could not be hidden
jqplot.cursor.js: resetting selection returned error
